How It Works

  • The 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

  • The "One Pouch" Rule: This guarantee applies to ONE (1) opened pouch of NeuroRave per customer. We want you to actually try the product, mix the sachets, and see how you feel the next day.

  • Genuine Use: All we ask is that you used the product as intended (pre, during,  post-event). If it didn't work for you, just let us know.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email Us: Reach out to info@neurorave.com with your order number and a brief note about why NeuroRave wasn’t a fit for you. We don't interrogate you, but we are a science-first company—your honest feedback actually helps us improve.

The Fine Print (No Bullshit)

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For returns of unopened extra pouches, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Fair Use: We explicitly accept reality, which means we operate on mutual respect. We reserve the right to reject refund requests if we detect obvious abuse of this policy, serial returning, or fraud.
